Fancy Fortune Cookies® offers 4 ordering options - Online, Phone, Fax and Mail:

Online: Simply click the "Put in Basket" button at the desired item(s), and follow the instructions.  American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted online via our secure server.

Fax: Fill out & fax the printer friendly order form. Be sure to include your American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover number. Our fax number is 317-298-3690.

Mail: Fill out and mail the printer friendly order form. Personal checks and American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Please include an e-mail address or phone number.

Multiple Flavors & Special Requests
While we specialize in making near miracles happen for you, there are some limitations. Orders containing multiple flavors or other special requests need to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approved by our Production Manager. Because of the equipment used and the variance in the number of orders in house at any one time, certain orders will require advance approval.

So we'll strive to meet your needs and deadlines if it is at all possible. If we ever do make a mistake (yes, we are human), we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Returns/Guarantee
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason--or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the gourmet flavored fortune cookies or unique favors your choose or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to erin@fancyfortunecookies.com or call us at 1-888-776-6611 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Payment At Time Of Order
Since Fancy Fortune Cookies® are custom made all orders must be paid when the order is placed. (On orders over 50,000, though, call us and ask about our volume plan)

Fancy Fortune Cookies® accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks are cleared through Check Care. If your check is less than $1000.00 and approved by Check Care, then your order will be processed instantly. Payment by a check in excess of $1000.00 will delay your order by the time it takes to clear your bank.

If you want to pay by check you can speed up your order by using a cashier's or certified check. The fastest way to receive your cookies is to order with a company or personal credit card.

Turn Around Time
Processing of your order will take 7 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time we receive your signed and approved fortunes. When ordering online, you are able to approve your fortunes at the time you place your order. Add an extra 2 to 5 days for shipping time.

For example, if you:

• Place order on Monday at 2:30 p.m.
   
• Receive typset fortunes Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.
   
• Approve fortunes by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday (if not ordering online)
   
• 24-hour Rush order* will ship on Wednesday
   
• 48-hour Rush order* will ship on Thursday
   
• 5-day Quick Ship order* will ship on the following Tuesday
   
• Standard order will ship on the second Monday
   
• Depending on selected shipping method, please add 2-5 days for receipt of shipment

Shipping
Orders are shipped FedEx unless otherwise requested. Call 888-776-6611 or 317-299-8900 for pricing on next-day, second-day, or international shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx or the carrier of your choice.

• Order by 2 pm EST for same-day shipment (Monday - Thursday). Giant fortune cookies and gift tins only! We do not ship any chocolate covered gifts or chocolate covered fortune cookies on Fridays. This way we can ensure they do not sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend causing them to melt.
  
• Expedited, Alaska/Hawaii, and International addresses will require additional transit time.
• PO Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses may take longer.
• Excludes weather delays.
• Delivery time cannot be guaranteed for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Giant fortune cookies are not sent out on Fridays, only Monday thru Thursday. Please plan accordingly.

Shipping of Giant Fortune Cookies
Any chocolate dipped product needs to be shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight shipping. Please select one of these two methods at checkout. If these methods are not chosen then we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping and charge you appropriately. If weather and location allow for other methods of shipping, such as ground, we will ship the best way and credit you for the difference.

Shipping of Chocolate Covered Fortune Cookies
Any chocolate dipped fortune cookies need to be shipped by FedEx Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight. Please select one of these two methods at checkout. Because we want your fortune cookies to arrive in the best condition possible, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping & charge you appropriately. If weather and location allow for other methods of shipping, such as ground, we will be happy to ship the best way and credit you for the difference.

International Shipping

For international shipments we will select the best shipping method for your order. The rates calculated on our website are for FedEx only, however we reserve the right to ship via other carries and will notify you of the change. We are not responsible for customs delays, or for returned packages. Please make sure that non-perishable food items can be imported to your country before you place your order, and through which carriers.

Do you need your job fulfilled from start to finish? Just tell us what you need, how you want it packed, how you want it shipped, to what addresses and we will do the rest!

All Custom Orders Typed Out
In order to ensure the accuracy of your custom sayings, all sayings must be type out exactly as you want them to look. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We will typeset these for your signed approval. The quicker you sign and return your fortunes, the sooner we can begin your custom order. When ordering online, you are able to approve your fortunes at the time you place your order.
