    The customer service was excellent. After ordering, I noticed my shipping address pre-populated with an old address. I called immediately and got it fixed, no problem. Very nice on the phone. Delivery was not impacted at all—it was on time (as usual). Packaging was great; no broken items and cute presentation. My wife loved it. This is my fourth experience with the company. It has been wonderful every time. Highly recommended.

    I ordered this for my sis for her Quarantine Bday and she LOVED it. I requested they change the theme of the fortunes and it was no issue! The delivery was FAST, the Llama was HUGE and adorable, and my sis LOVED the cookies. She said they were so pretty she didn't want to eat them, but she was glad she did.

    I ordered these for my sis who lives in Florida for her Bday. Not only was the llama as cute as I knew it would be, it was GIGANTIC! She and her cat absolutely love it. She LOVED the cookies, too. She said she wanted to save some for a "rainy" day, and I told her I will order her more anytime she wants! Thanks for making my sis feel loved on her special day! I've ordered more since then, and will be regularly ordering from now on!
