Excellent Customer Service, Great Tasting Cookies February 5, 2020 Reviewer: Autumn from Kansas City, MO United States   The party I had ordered my cookies for was delayed, so I had to change my delivery date and change the type of cookies I was getting to a Chinese New Year theme. Doing both of these things was absolutely painless. I called the customer service number and was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to make this happen, no questions asked. The flexibility and customer service was excellent. When the cookies arrived they looked great and tasted delicious. Everyone who tried them really enjoyed them. Even those who typically weren't huge fans of fortune cookies really like them. Thank you for providing such a yummy and creative dessert for my party! Was this review helpful to you?

Christmas Eve fortune cookies January 8, 2020 Reviewer: Eugenia Delaney from Neptune Beach, FL United States   I forgot to order until a week before and contacted you. You assured me they’d get to me and they were perfect! My whole family, about 20 of us, go to mass early Christmas Eve with the kids then out to our favorite Japanese restaurant. Our staff enjoyed the treat, however some were missing fortunes. 4. Potentially better estimate the time of delivery. What Fortune?! December 23, 2019 Reviewer: Bekki from Jacksonville, FL United States   I gave these to my clients as part of their Christmas gift and one client in particular told me that she gave the cookie to her husband and then asked him, "honey, what does your fortune say? His reply, fortune... what fortune?  Oh! That cookie was so good, I guess it went down so smooth with the tea." I anonymously shared this story with other clients and several of them did the same.
