How do I return an item?

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason--or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the gourmet flavored fortune cookies or unique favors you choose or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to [email protected] or call us at 1-888-776-6611 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Return Policy/Damaged Goods
If you have received an item that is damaged, contact FedEx - please be sure that FedEx logs a record of your call and that the item was damaged in shipping - within 24 hours of receipt. Once you have contacted FedEx call Fancy Fortune Cookies customer service at 888-776-6611 to notify us of the situation within 24 hours. We will work with FedEx to obtain a refund and credit. Once we receive the refund from FedEx we will credit you appropriately. If you need a replacement for a damaged item we will get it out to you as soon as possible

Fancy Fortune Cookies® is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to extreme weather, natural disasters, acts of God, delays caused by events out of our control, or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders cannot be canceled after your custom fortunes are typed and your cookies are baked. If you cancel before your cookies are baked there is a $25.00 fee.
