Imagine my surprise when Donald Trump's personal party planner chose my gourmet chocolate covered fortune cookies to go on each and every place setting at his $500 a plate fundraiser.

Here's how it happened.

Oprah's assistant called me up, out of the blue, on December 6, 2000, and asked if we could do a rush order for Oprah.
