⏰ Ordering & Timing

How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend ordering about 2 weeks in advance for custom or large orders. Rush orders may be available depending on production schedule — contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

There is a spot at the very end of the checkout to tell us your event date and preferred delivery date. If you fill that in, we are happy to bake and ship your order as requested. This way you can check something off your list and let us handle the rest!

How quickly can you ship?
Standard turnaround is typically 3-5 business days plus shipping time. If you’re on a tight timeline, reach out — we often accommodate rush requests.

Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Rush production may be available for an additional fee depending on timing and quantity.

🥠 Custom Fortunes

Can I create my own custom messages?
Absolutely! Most of our customers personalize their own fortunes. We’ll provide formatting guidelines and help make sure your messages fit perfectly.
How long can my messages be?
We recommend about 120 characters total. You can use the enter key to move to the next line, or we will break the lines for you where they fall most naturally. Each line should be no more than 40 characters.

Can I include multiple different fortunes in one order?
Yes — you can include multiple custom messages. Up to 5 are included for free! They will come in all the cookies you order, randomly mixed. Need them separated? We’ll help organize them so your order is seamless.

Can I choose which guest gets which message?
Fortunes are randomly inserted unless special packaging arrangements are made. If you need sorting or labeling, contact us to discuss options. OR choose the separation option located below the 5 spaces for your custom fortunes. It's a flat fee of $35.00, they can be sorted evenly, or in certain quantities of each message if you are giving away prizes.

Do you help write fortunes?
Yes! We love helping customers craft meaningful, funny, or heartfelt fortunes. Just tell us the tone you’re going for, a bit about what they are for, and who they will be given to and we will do the rest! There's lots of fortune inspiration here as well.
Can I have images or emojis on my fortunes?
Yes! Emojis you can add to your fortunes as you type them into the custom message spaces provided. They will be printed as entered, in color, for no extra charge. If you would like to add a logo, or your boyfriends face to the fortunes, it's a flat setup fee of $40.00 for the artwork. Go ahead! Be creative and whimsical - that's what we are all about!
Can my fortunes be in other languages?
Of course! We can print in any language. Just type your fortunes in your preferred language or copy and paste them into the form, they will print perfectly fine.

What flavor are your fortune cookies?
Our traditional cookies are classic vanilla — light, crisp, and subtly sweet.

We do offer other flavors and colors as well. Have a special request? We can do that too!

Do you offer gluten-free fortune cookies?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options. You can find them here. We don't typically offer them chocolate dipped, as they do share dipping with our wheat containing cookies.

Are your fortune cookies nut free?
YES! We maintain a nut free facility, but do bring in things - like M&M's, and fun sprinkles - that are made in facilities containing nuts.

How long do fortune cookies stay fresh?
The FDA considers fortune cookies to be non-perishable (maybe that's why there are SO MANY bad fortune cookies). But we recommend about 3 months for the freshest, tastiest fortune cookies you've ever had! Our cookies baked fresh to order, individually wrapped for freshness, and typically last several months when stored in a cool, dry place. We keep our cookies preservative free.

How should I store them?
Keep cookies in a cool, dry environment away from heat and humidity. Avoid refrigeration, which can affect texture. Think pantry or hall closet.

Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes! We offer a variety of packaging options including bulk, individual wraps, and custom presentation upgrades. We specialize in building packaging to suit your budget and needs.

Can you match my wedding or brand colors?
In many cases, yes. We offer customization options to coordinate with weddings, events, or brand aesthetics.

Do you offer individually wrapped cookies?
Yes — all our cookies arrive individually wrapped. This keeps them fresh and protected in shipping.
Can I customize the wrapper?
Absolutely. On orders over 5,000 pieces we can create custom imprinted wrapper. For smaller orders, we can add an adhesive label to the wrappers with your custom artwork on each wrapper.

📦 Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide across the United States and internationally.

Will the cookies break during shipping?
We carefully package every order to protect your cookies in transit. While fortune cookies are delicate, breakage is rare. We also include complimentary extras, just in case

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can accommodate multi-address shipping for corporate or large gifting orders. We regularly handle monthly birthday shipments and holiday/corporate gift orders. Drop-shipping is not a problem for us!

Do you work with weddings and large events?
Yes! Weddings are one of our specialties. We’ve created custom fortunes for weddings, showers, and celebrations of all sizes.

Do you offer corporate or branded fortune cookies?
Absolutely. We create custom cookies for corporate gifts, trade shows, brand activations, and client appreciation.

Is there a minimum order?
Most of our custom fortune cookies have a minimum order of 50 pieces. Minimums may vary depending on customization level. Contact us for details and we’ll guide you.
