We gave our staff these with a custom message "We are so fortunate to have you" with some bonus PTO hours also listed inside. The cookies were cute with our brand and tasted delicious.

Some of them ended up with 2-3 sheets of fortunes in them but overall it was a hit and the service was great in making sure these got to us without melting in Louisiana.

Erin is a pleasure to work with. She created a customized the cookies and packaging to perfectly fit our brand for our annual holiday business gifts. She was prompt in her responses and even delivered our order in person more than an hour away. And the cookies are amazing. Even our employees who don't like fortune cookies raved about how much they enjoyed them. These are not your typical fortune cookies.

Service was over the top great
Product was exactly as photographed...good presentation
Cookies were part of a “take home” package, so I was not able to witness the reaction of guests opening up the fortunes
Yes, Grand success in apothecary jar for sweets bar
Can’t think of anything that stands out as “needs improvement” based on my positive experience.

I received the fortune cookies on Saturday and, as expected, they were a huge hit at our event last night!! Everyone got a kick out of them and loved the custom messages at we tailored to this team.

I really appreciate your partnership and above and beyond customer service. Should we ever need custom fortune cookies again, I know who I will be calling :) I will pass your company info on if anyone asks for a referral.

Being the procrastinator that I am, I waited till the last minute to find favors for my son's baptism. I always hated those generic chocolate lollipops and wanted something a little more personal. After many reflections from etsy shops due to my short time time, I came across Fancy Fortune Cookies. I send a request on Tuesday night, not expecting to hear back for a day or two. I surprisingly received word back from Erin the same night. She was very prompt and professional with returning informative emails. She was wonderful and was able to have my order rushed and received by that Friday. The cookies came well packaged, fresh and easy in the eyes. Let me just say they were very hard to resist eating all of them myself and a HUGE hit at the party. Everyone loved the personalized inserts as well. I highly recommend FFC to everyone!!
